🌸 A LITTLE MADE FOR YOU UPDATE 🌸
As Follow Fleurs Forever continues to grow, I need to introduce a clearer payment policy for all bespoke and Made For You orders.
From now on, a 50% deposit will be required when your order is confirmed. This secures your booking and allows me to purchase and prepare the materials needed.
The remaining balance must then be paid before collection or delivery.
I genuinely don’t like having to introduce stricter rules, but Follow Fleurs Forever isn’t a hobby. It’s my business, my livelihood and something I pour a huge amount of time, care and passion into.
Each order involves materials, planning, designing and making — often specifically around somebody’s individual colours, ideas and requirements. Unfortunately, delayed payments have occasionally left me personally covering those costs after the completed order has already been handed over.
I completely understand that life happens, so if there is ever an issue, please speak to me before I begin your order.
