Update from Tockwith Cycles Workshop

We’re currently receiving a high number of enquiries regarding e-bikes, including requests for motor “chipping” and conversion kit installations.

Unfortunately, these are not services that Tockwith Cycles can offer. Many modifications of this type are illegal for road use and would also invalidate our insurance cover.

We are, however, still happy to service and repair the mechanical side of e-bikes, including brakes, gears, drivetrains, wheels, and general maintenance. At present, we are not working on motors or electrical systems — although this may change in the future.

Servicing and repairs price list.

• General service £30.
Includes a health check, gears and break check with alignment, chain lubrication, tyre check and inflation with a complimentary full clean.

• Tyre fitting £10 per tyre.

• Puncture repair £15 per wheel for standard derailleur gears* (includes a new inner tube).

We offer individualised service and repair quotes specific to your bicycle needs. Send our team a message to enquire. 💬
