Working in Cornwall this week and a new friend cane to do some quality control checks (and yoga) at my workshop. Beautiful markings!

*Important Update and Apology*
In our subscriber newsletter on 17th September we featured this LED Onyx Cat Lamp as one of our best selling new products (which it is, and deservedly so).
As part of the newsletter research, Peter looked up the product via Google. AI mode confidently stated that it came with a 6 colour LED light function and that the cat would meow when petted!
This sounded like an unusual omission by Alison who is pretty thorough with her product research and descriptions. However, AI gave the source of these features as our supplier’s website so Peter added them to the newsletter in good faith.
It transpires that AI decided to blend the descriptions of two completely separate products into one. The lamp is still lovely, and was already a best seller without an inflated description, but it doesn’t have 6 colour options and it won’t meow when petted 😿.
We will contact post-newsletter purchasers to advise, but wanted to make a general statement to avoid confusion. The product listing now carries a similar message about features.
Our key takeaway from this is to double and triple check AI generated information - especially if it sounds too good to be true!

When we launched our calendar range in August there were a couple of titles missing. We are delighted to say that the 2027 Tabby Cat and Calico Cat calendars are now in stock.

New this month and already a best seller. Ideal for hanging.
In our York Christmas Market chalet we use a magnetic hanging solution like the one pictured. It works well for tea towels and looks smart.

A small litter of Winstanley cats was hand delivered from the pottery yesterday. We picked these ones out for the website. More in our shop if you happen to be passing.

Saw the goose version of this 6 x 8” metal sign in a restaurant in Kent and knew we needed to add the black cat version to our sign collection. You’ll know it it’s right for your smallest room or could work well as a gift.
