Just wanted to reach out to say that I'm so sorry you are experiencing delays with your parcels. I worked extremely hard to get these out before more of the strikes happened. Unfortunately, the delays are beyond my control. It's an extremely busy time of year as it is for RM and the strikes are just adding to the delay so please bear with all involved.

I just want to take the time to thank you for all the orders I have received it means a lot. That being said for me to get your orders produced in time for Christmas & what with the strikes I have decided to shut the shop for Christmas on the 5th December so if you are thinking of placing an order it will need to be done before then.
