Looking after our mental health is important for everyone, discussing things with others and explaining this to children is just as important to help them grow as it is raising awareness and making sure adults are able to discuss their mental health!

If you are struggling to raise the topic with children, drop me a message we have several books from discussing feelings, to techniques to help ensure good mental health.
