We had such a wonderful time at the Georgian Ball last night. 🥰

The Assembly Rooms looked just right, music from Eboracum Baroque was perfect and the 18th Century ball gowns and formal wear were splendid. Well done everyone! ❤️

A legendary and quirky Medieval ale house and bottle shop, it’s a must-visit when you’re in York.

The latest batch of York Gin Old Tom has been bottled.

And the colour is s little more intense than normal.

A great reminder that the sugar syrup is made from natural ingredients which do alter with the seasons.

It’s made for us by the superb chefs at The Star Inn The City to a recipe developed at the Michelin-starred Star Inn, Harome.

It is literally one of the best gins in the world, according to experts. Awarded a record 98/99 and a Gold Outstanding medal at the International Wine & Spirits Competition.
