Work has started on this kitchen knock through extension, with the site cleared and foundations dug. Due to the clay ground conditions and nearby conifers, piling is required before we can move on to the next stage.

Progress is moving well on this second storey extension. All structural steels have now been installed, with the new floor fully boarded and ready for the next stage. The bricklayers will be back on Monday to continue building, keeping the project moving.

Garden room progress is coming on nicely.

It’s been a big push this week, with the brickwork now 99% complete and the joiners making great progress by installing the roof spars. Everything is now set and ready for the roofers to get started next week.

A busy week all round and another great step forward on this project. Great effort from everyone involved.

Brickwork is almost complete on this extension, with great progress being made on site.

Next we’ll be installing the steel ridge beam, ready for the joiners to begin fitting the roof joists and keep the project moving forward. Looking forward to seeing this one take shape over the coming days.
