We supply unique and delicious afternoon tea boxes for you or your event. We create and make bespoke celebration and wedding cakes to order along with edible wedding and party favours. We continue to make our delicious sponges, scones, brownies, cookies, and buffets to order. Due to the unsuitability of our Monmouth premises we have now closed in Monmouth (due to lack of room for safe distancing in our kitchen and cafe during Covid-19 outbreaks) so currently operate from Number Five's kitchen in Ystrad Mynach - Emma makes the BEST scones EVER and her cakes are amazing too. Together we hold afternoon tea box events which are advertised on this page operating either a click-and-collect or delivery service.

Friday 28th June is Cream Tea Day. Buy your scones or make them, fill with jam and cream, and ENJOY!! BBC Good Food and Roddas Cream websites both have good scone recipes. Top with Rhoddas cream and your favourite jam. Make them vegan by using Stork and plant milk and whipping up a pot of Elmlea plant-based cream for the topping. If you don't have a sweet tooth make cheese scones, top with cream cheese and your favourite chutney. Sprinkle with a little fresh thyme.

If you're looking for a fab scone recipe try the one on the Roddas Clotted Cream website. There's no shame in buying supermarket ones and warming them gently in the oven to bring out that just-baked taste.
