S.P’s International Trading Ltd. to Officially Launch Valvoline in Grenada
Authorized distributor brings world-renowned Valvoline lubricants, technical support and fleet solutions closer to Grenadian consumers and businesses
ST. GEORGE’S, GRENADA – September 10, 2026 — S.P’s International Trading Ltd. has officially launch Valvoline in Grenada on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at the National Stadium Conference Room, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
The event, themed “What’s in Your Engine?”, will formally introduce Valvoline’s range of engine oils and lubricant solutions available through S.P’s International Trading Ltd., the Authorized Valvoline Distributor in Grenada.
For S.P’s International Trading Ltd., the launch represents an important step in strengthening the company’s automotive and commercial offerings by providing customers with access to 100% genuine Valvoline products, dependable supply, knowledgeable sales support and solutions for a variety of automotive, fleet and industrial applications.
Among the Valvoline product lines being showcased are Valvoline MaxLife, designed for higher-mileage vehicles; Valvoline Advanced, offering full synthetic protection for modern engines; Valvoline Premium Protection; the Valvoline Professional Series; Valvoline Premium Blue for demanding heavy-duty diesel applications; and limited quantities of Valvoline VR1 Racing Oil for high-performance applications.
More Than Just Engine Oil
Through its relationship with Valvoline, S.P’s International Trading Ltd. aims to deliver more than products alone. This commitment to the transportation sector was further strengthened on August 21, 2026, when S.P’s International Trading Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Bus Association (NBA), represented by its President, to formalize a Valvoline partnership between S.P’s and the Association.
This partnership is especially important to S.P’s because the transportation sector plays a vital role in Grenada’s economy and in the daily lives of our people. Bus operators are an essential part of the country’s transportation network, and this initiative is designed to provide practical support while strengthening awareness of proper vehicle maintenance and the benefits of quality lubricants.
Under the MOU, the first batch of 60 buses will receive three complimentary Valvoline oil changes over a six-month period. At the end of that initial six-month period, a second batch of buses will enter the programme for the following six months. This phased initiative gives participating bus operators direct access to Valvoline products and maintenance support, while demonstrating S.P’s commitment to building a meaningful, long-term relationship with Grenada’s public transportation sector.
The launch will also highlight the long-standing relationship between Valvoline and Cummins. For more than 30 years, the companies have collaborated in the development of heavy-duty lubricants focused on performance, durability and efficiency, including Valvoline Premium Blue products developed and tested for demanding Cummins engine applications.
