ჩვენს მთავარ მიზანს წარმოადგენს: მთელი ჩვენი რესურსი მივუძღვნათ ჭეშმარიტად უნიკალური ქართული ღვინის, ჭაჭისა და ბრენდის დამზადებას, რაც წარმოადგენს ქართული ვენახებისა და ხალხის ანარეკლს.​საქართველოში ქვევრში ღვინის დაყენება 8 ათასი წლის წინ დაიწყეს და ამ ტრადიციას დღემდე ინარჩუნებენ.

ქვევრის ღვინის დაყენების ქართულ ტრადიციულ მეთოდს იუნესკოს (UNESCO) არამატერიალური კულტურული მემკვიდრეობის ძეგლის სტატუსი მიენიჭა, რაც ამ მეთოდის უნიკალურობაზე მიუთითებს. Our main mission is: To dedicate all of our resources to make truly unique Georgian wines, chacha and brandy. That are a reflection of vineyards, as well as the character of the people behind them.​

Qvevri are the clay vessels used for making wines according to the traditional Georgian winemaking method. UNESCO registered the Qvevri winemaking method on its List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
