We are so in love with the incredible Baobab fruit. The Baobab tree produces fruit pods that contain an amazingly nutrient dense powder and seeds. Baobab powder dries in the pod with the seed in a cream neutral color. Once harvested, the pulp is separated from the seeds and it is milled and sieved to fine raw Baobab fruit powder.  Baobab powder has a mild tangy flavor and is packed with vitamins and minerals. It is particularly rich in vitamin C,  B vitamins, potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium and fibre. It doesn’t end there either, Baobab is also a rich source of Thiamine, Iron, Phosphorus, Lysine, Manganese, Sodium, Zinc, Fibre and Vitamin B6.
Baobab powder can be used daily in smoothies, shakes ,teas and toppings to boost the immune system.
