2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS: SIMILARITIES AND DIFFERENCES BETWEEN AMERICA AND GHANA

In August if the Democratic Party in the USA make Vice president Harris the presumptive candidate to contest the 2024 American elections, then:

DIFFERENCES

1. Americans are going to the polls on November 4th with a female Presidential Candidate in the person of the current Vice President Kamala Harris representing the ruling Democratic Party, whereas in December 7th Veep Bawumiah would be contesting for the ruling NPP in Ghana

2. Former President Donald Trump of the opposition Republican Party would be contesting again in the US and former President Mahama will also contest on the ticket of the opposition NDC in Ghana

SIMILARITIES

1. Two former Presidents are contesting from the opposition in America and Ghana.
2. Two Veeps are contesting from the ruling governments in America and Ghana.

Interesting times ahead.

Employing a lie-detector, he effectively purges the system of corruption. However, irony strikes as he eventually succumbs to the very corruption he fought against, facing the harsh consequences he once administered to others.
