Detiina Social Enterprise Detiina means "our hope" in Kasem a language spoken by the people of Paga in the Upper - East Region of Ghana.

Detiina is a social enterprise that provides women in rural communities in Ghana the opportunity to become economically independent in a sustainable way. The profit that is collected by selling Detiina products gets recycled back into the community, benefiting local programming.
