Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Generate and update website content (products, content, promotions)
Sourcing Vendors and signing them up on IBid Ecommerce platform.
Processing orders through the IBid online shop including contacting customers if required.
Packing orders- including printing address labels and invoices.
Stock take- ensuring we keep detailed records of what we have available and ensuring the online shop is up to date with this.
- Ordering new stock- checking trends and past orders to understand best time to order new stock.
- Dealing with any customer enquiries related to products.
Supporting with the processing of documenting expenses and keeping clear accounting records
General promotion of the IBid and VeeStyle Brand
Assisting with general administration including answering emails and calls, processing paper work, keeping clear records, files and management of vendors and products on Ghana’s Market Place facebook shop.
Flexible to perform other duties as and when required.
