DONT TRUST YOUR ENEMIES AGAIN‼️
Joseph could have not reconciled with his brothers if they failed the test, to show they had changed and repented. In fact Joseph had forgiven them long ago, that’s why he gave them that test to see if it was safe to reconcile with them.
It was beautiful, they all reconciled and celebrated their union. However, that did not stop Joseph from understanding that a person that offends you terribly once, is capable of offending you the same way again.
Joseph did not keep his brothers close to him regardless of reconciling with them. He gave them a land far away from him. The land of Goshen.
Taking care of your mental health, your well being, protecting your destiny, especially your relationship with God which demands you not to react in your flesh is important.
Some of you have very crazy family members which always fights you, offends you, bullies you in many ways; some of you are coming from families that are worse. They have active evil foundations, witchcraft, and they can harm your life and destiny with that.
Look out for yourself. Sometimes you don’t need your family close to you, if you know they can be a danger to your well being. Love them, pray for them, provide for them, but keep a distance.
Joseph knew better and he did that, because people don’t change instantly and people with a jealous spirit are unpredictable, they easily repeat their offenses. So avoid them unless there is total change.
And when you come from such families, you need God, the Lord Jesus Christ is needed in your life more than you can imagine, that is your only life support in such cases. The same way Joseph held on to God as his only hope.
Even the Lord Jesus left toxic crowds, He did it many times. He was in human form, if He did not go away from them; they’d hurt Him, and that would destroy His destiny and purpose on earth.
My message is sometimes you are so much better alone or with your God and maybe some few God sent good people, blood or not. Than being around toxic people that challenge your well being, just because they are family.
Psalm 1:1
Blessed is the one who does not walk in the counsel of with the wicked, nor stand in path of sinners, or sit in the company of mockers.
