The Ministry of Sanitation and Metropolitan Assemblies should use RATS recycled Tyre bins made from recycled bins. These are more durable than plastic bins, cheaper in cost, less likely to be stolen, cheaper to code for anti theft, and more easily fixed into position from the inside of the bin.

The Senior Minister has called for a change in the mindset of Ghanaians after spotting metal-secured and locked rubbish bins in Ghana’s capital, Accra.
