HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN BREAD
RECIPES
* 1cup of warm liquid milk
* 2 tablespoons of sugar
* 1 egg
* 2 tablespoons of instant yeast
* 3½ cup of all purpose flour
* ½ tablespoon of salt
* 3 tablespoons of butter
FILLINGS
* Chicken
* Onion (diced)
* Red bell pepper (diced)
* Chilli pepper
* Vegetable oil
* Seasoning cubes
* Salt
* Grounded pepper
* Garlic powder
PROCEDURES
* In a mixing bowl, coming the milk, sugar, egg, instant yeast and whisk. Add the salt, all purpose flour and mix using a spatula to form a dough. Add the butter, using your hands, mix the butter together with the dough.
* Flour a clean surface and knead dough.Transfer the dough into a greased bowl and let it rise until it doubles in size.
* Season the chicken using salt, seasoning cubes, onions, garlic powder and grounded pepper and allow to cook until it's done. Cut into smaller sizes when cooled.
* Pour some vegetable oil into a pan, add the onion, red bell pepper, seasoning cubes, salt, chilli pepper, garlic powder, chicken and stir. Allow it simmer for 1min as you keep stirring.
* Cut the dough into smaller sizes and roll them into a flat dough.
* Add the fillings into the dough and seal all sides to form a ball. Repeat this process untill all dough have been exhausted.
* Place some parchment paper on the baking pan and transfer the dough into it. Cover and let it rise for 25min
* Brush some egg wash ( mixture of egg+milk or water) on the surface of the dough and bake in a preheated oven of 175°c for 20-22mins

SAUSAGE ROLL RECIPE
Ingredients For Dough

250g of Flour
100gr Margarine
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Water(Start with 1/2 cup of cold Water)
2 medium-size egg(one for the dough and the other for coating dough before baking)

😋 for filling

150gr of sausage
½ teaspoon black pepper(optional)
½ teaspoon of Nutmeg
½ teaspoon of curry and thyme
A cube seasoning(maggie stock cube)

Proceedure
First add nutmeg, black pepper and crumbled stock cube and grind together with the sausage meat.

Grind thoroughly to get all the spices in and set aside.

In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well , add the egg , mix and add the margarine or melted butter. Mix well by rubbing the margarine into the flour, Continue mixing until the mixture looks like crumbs
Now gradually add water, until you get a non-sticky but smooth dough.

Break the last egg, whisk it and set aside.

Grease or line a baking tray and set aside.
Place the dough on a lightly floured table and knead for 5 minutes.

Cut out a bit of the dough and using a rolling pin,roll the dough flat (but not too flat). Then cut out the dough to form a rectangular shape and place some of the spiced sausage meat on the dough and fold the dough.

Cut the rolled dough into equal sizes (depending on the length of the sausage you want).
Place the sausages in the greased/lined tray and repeat the process for the remaining dough.

Rub the whisked egg on the body of the already sausage roll

Now bake in the Oven at 170º for 35 minutes or until the sausage rolls are lightly browned.
