*Shipment process*
Shipping from *CHINA* through sea is done by our agent every two weeks.It takes 3 to 7 days for orders to be prepared and sent to the shipping companies warehouse and it takes 40 to 50 days for it to arrive in ghana.

*How long does shipping takes?*
Ans : Sea Shipping days takes 40-50days. And Air shipping takes 14-21 days
*Are Goods available in Ghana?*
Ans:
No all items are on pre order meaning they are still in china and other countries we procure from.
*How much is shipping fee?*
Shipping is calculated based on volume It can't be calculated by anyone except by the shipping company but unlike air shipment fee Sea shipment fee is 3 times lesser than air and extremely cheap.
*If I make payment today when should I be expecting my goods*
Ans:
Sea shipment takes 40-50days
That's mean in 2month time after sailing
*Can I send pictures of what I want or we can only pick from what you post*
Ans:
Yes you can send , but please send it inbox
We will search and update the group about the price
*Can one pick sizes and design ?*
Ans:
No please. Designs and sizes are mixed from the factory so when the goods arrive, it will be shared so that everyone gets every size and design contained in the box.
*What is MOQ?*
Ans: MOQ means Minimum order quantity
*Admin another complain from my customers .... How safe are this goods like virus free?*
Ans: Our manufacturers have been mandated to sanitize all our products before sending to Ghana .
Sea shipping is cheaper but takes longer, shipping cost for an item may be between 20 - 100GH cedis depending on the item.
*Items posted here are sometimes without shipping cost*
When the items get to Ghana, you will be informed about the shipping cost.
*Pls shipping fees cannot be determined upfront. When the goods arrive at the shipping company, they’ll issue an invoice with respect to the item 🙏🏼*
