Spring rate
It's not a choice, it's a weight!
You can not modify your bike/DirtBike with only springs
Whatever speed you have, the spring rate will be chosen depending of your body and bike weight.
Saying the opposite is a lie.

Ce n'est pas un choix, cela dépend du poids !
Vous ne pouvez pas modifier votre vélo/moto en changeant la taille de ressort.
Quelque soit votre vitesse, ils doivent être adaptés à votre poids.
Dire l'inverse est un mensonge.
