Καλησπέρα και χρόνια πολλά σε όλους.
Πληροφορηθήκαμε από κάποιους πελάτες μας που μας έστειλαν μήνυμα και μας ρώτησαν για μια παρτίδα aftershave Neptune, ότι στον κίτρινο τύπο ανέβηκαν κάποια δημοσιεύματα που το χαρακτηρίζουν «μολυσμένο» !!!
Θα θέλαμε να ενημερώσουμε όσους μας ρώτησαν, όσους δε μας ρώτησαν και γενικά όλους του πελάτες μας, και όσους δεν είναι ακόμη πελάτες μας, πως καταρχήν είμαστε σε ανοιχτή επικοινωνία με τον ΕΟΦ, έχουμε εναρμονιστεί πλήρως με ότι ζητάνε και τους περιμένουμε σύντομα στο νέο αδειοδοτημένο μας εργαστήριο, γιατί πρόσφατα μετακομίσαμε και φτιάξαμε απ την αρχή ένα μοντέρνο και σύγχρονο εργαστήριο παρασκευής των προϊόντων μας.
Το συγκεκριμένο after shave λοιπόν δεν είναι μολυσμένο, δε θα σας κάνει παρενέργειες, άλλωστε μιλάμε για το μακράν πιο εμπορικό μας κωδικό με εκατοντάδες πωλήσεις, και ποτέ κανένας πελάτης δε παραπονέθηκε ότι τον ερέθισε τον έκαψε η οτιδήποτε άλλο. Ασφαλώς και μπορεί να υπάρξουν 2-3 άτομα στα τόσα που έχουν πουληθεί, αλλά αυτό συμβαίνει με όλα τα προϊόντα. Μέχρι στιγμής δεν έχει φτάσει κάτι τέτοιο στα αυτιά μας.
Το πρόβλημα με το συγκεκριμένο λοιπόν είναι ότι δεν αναγράφεται το Benzyl alcohol, το Dehydroacetic Acid και το benzyl benzoate, τα οποία είναι τα συστατικά που περιέχει το geogard221, το οποίο προφανώς και αναφέρεται στην ετικέτα. Αυτό δε κάνει το προιον ακατάλληλο, απλώς απαιτείται να γράφονται πλήρως όλα τα συστατικά που περιέχονται σε ποσοστό πάνω από 0,001%.
Εχουμε μιλήσει με τον χημικό μας που μας φτιάχνει τα CPNP και τα δηλώνει, και οι ετικέτες μας από δω και πέρα θα είναι πλήρως εναρμονισμένες με τα στάνταρ που ζητούνται.
Eπίσης σύντομα θα δείτε στις νέες μας ετικέτες ότι και τα aftershave μας, είναι πιστοποιημένα skin care, Και με ελεγμένη δερματική χρήση.
Επίσης αρκετές νέες συνεργασίες που θα κάνουν αίσθηση και πολλά άλλα ενδιαφέροντα πράγματα που έρχονται.
Από τη πρώτη μέρα που ξεκινήσαμε επιλέγουμε πάντα τις καλύτερες πρώτες ύλες, και δίνουμε μεγάλη σημασία στο πόσο αγνά είναι τα προϊοντα μας, άλλωστε με αυτό το σκεπτικό φτιάξαμε και προσφέρουμε και την βάση Άρτεμις, ένα απ τα πιο αγνά σαπούνια που μπορείτε να βρείτε στο εμπόριο.
Θα θέλαμε λοιπόν να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι τα προϊοντα μας δεν είναι «μολυσμένα», όπως γράφεται, το οποίο σαφώς είναι βαρύτατη δυσφήμιση και επισύρει ακόμη και μήνυση. Απλώς δεν ασχολούμαστε με τέτοιες τακτικές και δεν έχουμε και χρόνο επίσης.
Θα θέλαμε λοιπόν να σας ευχαριστήσουμε για τη στήριξη σας στα προϊοντα μας, και να σας υποσχεθούμε ότι πάντα τα προϊοντα μας θα παράγονται με τα πιο υψηλά στάνταρ, και ότι δε θα σταματήσουμε ποτέ να προσπαθούμε να τα βελτιώνουμε.
