Perched proudly on the old millstone, the cat of Corfu Olive Tours stands guard over our traditional olive mill and keeps a record of everything: who arrived, who listened carefully, who tasted a little extra olive oil… and who took her photo without permission. 😼🫒

Surrounded by historic millstones, traditional tools, and stories of Corfu’s olive-oil heritage, she supervises every tour with complete seriousness — or at least, that is what she would like us to believe.
