The products are manufactured under strict quality control. After receiving the buyer's LOI (Letter of Intent), we provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA), Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Certificate of Origin (C/O) and other export documents. Some details in the documents provided may be redacted for confidentiality reasons; Original documents will be provided upon request after the order has been placed.

Delivery inquiries are welcome.
Payment terms: New customers pay a 30% deposit; the remaining 70% is due upon presentation of the loading documents or upon collection.
For orders of 100 tons or more, escrow agreements or letters of credit (LC) are possible. Settlements via lawyers (attorney-to-attorney) are possible, with each party bearing their own costs. Intermediaries are protected by an IMFPA.
