Με εορταστική διάθεση και στο πνεύμα των ημερών, η Chocolate Academy™ Athens, σε συνεργασία με τη Ledra Foods πραγματοποίησαν μια απίστευτα μαγευτική και γιορτινή εκδήλωση. Έξι κορυφαίοι pastry chefs, o Philippe Marand , o Χρήστος Λάμπρου , o Αλκιβιάδης Ζέρβας , ο Αλέξανδρος Κόνιαρης , ο Νίκος Κολέτσας και ο Θανάσης Τσαγκλιώτης δημιούργησαν τα πιο απολαυστικά και Χριστουγεννιάτικα Bûche de Noël treats! Ένα από τα highlights της εκδήλωσης ήταν και η βράβευση του pastry chef Νικόλα Νικολακόπουλου , ο οποίος αναδείχθηκε ο 3ος καλύτερος pastry chef στο World Chocolate Masters World Final 2022, από την Ledra Foods.

In a festive mood and in the spirit of the days, Chocolate Academy™ Athens, and Ledra Foods organised an incredibly magical and festive event. Six leading pastry chefs, Philippe Marand , Christos Lambrou , Alkiviadis Zervas , Alexandros Koniaris , Nikos Koletsas and Thanasis Tsagliotis created the most delicious and Christmas Bûche de Noël treats! One of the highlights of the event was the awarding of the pastry chef Nikolas Nikolakopoulos , who took the 3rd place at the World Chocolate Masters World Final 2022, from Ledra Foods.
