Poseidon mixed meat grill platter!
The plate arrives steaming hot, carrying a rustic, smoky aroma that hits you before the food even lands on the table. At the center lies juicy beef burgers, seared to a perfect medium-rare, with charred edges and a rosy center, seasoned simply with salt, pepper, and a hint of garlic butter. Flanking it are tender lamb chops, marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, and oregano—their slightly gamey richness offset by a fresh herbal brightness.

Nestled beside the lamb are skewers of chicken and pork souvlaki, golden and slightly crispy on the edges, bursting with lemon, paprika, and a touch of cumin. To balance it all, a few slices of crispy pork belly glisten with caramelized fat and a sweet-spicy glaze.

The meats rest on a bed of fries or flatbread, soaking up their juices. Accompaniments might include a side of tzatziki or pickled onions for a punchy contrast.
