Did you know that you can make cocktails with olive oil and local herbs? 🍸🌿

During our Cooking Class in Naxos, we cook, taste, laugh, and of course end the experience with refreshing olive oil cocktails inspired by local flavors and ingredients!

One of the most loved stops of our food experiences… traditional Greek gyros and souvlaki 🇬🇷

The tradition of roasting meat on spits in Greece goes back thousands of years to Ancient Greece. Archaeologists even discovered ancient grilling tools in Santorini, showing that people were cooking over open fires and gathering around food long before modern gyros existed.

Today, gyros and souvlaki remain one of the most loved parts of Greek street food culture. Simple ingredients and traditional flavors!

Sometimes, in the middle of everything we have to do and all the rushing, we can forget the real reason behind it all. Then you meet people like Nuria and her beautiful family, and you remember again. 🤍

One of the most special parts of these experiences is not only sharing our traditions, food, and stories, but gathering around one table with people from different parts of the world and connecting through culture,, and simple moments.

So grateful for the beautiful people we get to meet through this journey.

Rainy day today, but inside our cozy workshop we were ready for some baking and olive oil tasting!

No matter if it’s raining outside or the summer heat is strong, our indoor space always stays comfortable, cozy and full of the aromas of freshly baked bread and Naxian Olive Oil!
