Assistant Florist / Sales Representative

Trails and Treasures Decor is looking for a friendly, creative, and hardworking individual to join our growing team!

📍 Location:
116 Grove Public Road, EBD
Opposite Market Street, Upstairs One Communication Building

🕣 Working Hours:
Monday to Sunday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
✅ Working on WEEKENDS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS is mandatory.
✅ You will receive one day off during the week.(WEDNESDAYS)

💰 Salary Scale:
GYD $100,000 – $140,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Responsibilities:
Assist with creating fresh and artificial floral arrangements.
Help with balloon décor and event setup.
Provide excellent customer service and assist with sales.
Process customer orders and payments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store.
Assist with stocking, inventory, and deliveries when required.

Requirements:
Friendly, honest, and reliable.
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Creative and able to work well with others.
Punctual and dependable.
Previous experience in floristry or retail sales is an asset required.
