李釧毅出生於中國潮州成長於香港。她於2019年在四川美術學院獲得漆藝系的學士學位。2020年李釧毅移居北京專注研習漆藝，在2021年與資深工匠郭章樂合夥在北京成立了工作室，目標是要為日常生活制作出具深度的漆藝器物，同時追求漆藝的真善美，最曾在香港、倫敦、上海、北京展出作品。於2025年為香港The Gallery by SOIL 土壤文創、嶺南大學少雪齋及典亞藝博中主持工作坊。

Li Chuanyi, born in Chaozhou, China, and raised in Hong Kong, obtained her Bachelor‘s degree from the Department of Lacquer at Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 2019. She moved to Beijing in 2020. In 2021, Li established a studio with her partner, Guo Zhangle, in Beijing to promote lacquer art that adds depth to daily life. Guo is a specialist in traditional lacquer paintings and restoration. The duo have been exhibiting in Hong Kong, London, Shanghai, and Beijing. They conducted workshops at The Gallery by SOIL, The Chamber of Young Snow Art Exhibition Hall at Lingnan University and Fine Art Asia in Hong Kong.

「螺鈿」是一種傳統的裝飾技法: 把夜光蠑螺、鮑魚貝或珠母貝等天然貝殼研磨成薄片，經併貼排列造成不同的圖案，鑲嵌於立體或平面上，經打磨、拋光，作品在光線折射下會閃爍出絢麗的光澤。 Mother-of-pearl inlay is a traditional decorative technique that involves grinding natural shells—such as turban shells, abalone, or nacre—into thin pieces. These pieces are carefully arranged and adhered to form various patterns, then inlaid onto three-dimensional objects or flat surfaces. After polishing and buffing, the finished work reflects light with a brilliant, iridescent shimmer.

發現工藝 Serious learners Lacquer Art by SOIL 款彩盛行於明末清初，「先刻灰後填彩」，呈現出如同立體木刻版畫般的豐富色彩與層次。Kuancai flourished during the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. Its most distinctive feature is the process of “carving the ash base and then filling it with colour”, resulting in rich hues and layered effects reminiscent of three-dimensional woodblock prints.

鑲嵌立體漆藝製作研習

漆藝創作以層層堆疊與細緻打磨，展現溫潤深邃的光澤與質感。素材運用靈活多變，透過蛋殼、螺鈿等天然材質的鑲嵌，營造豐富而立體的視覺效果。雖然製作過程細緻繁複，但正因如此，更能培養創作者的耐性與專注力，從中體會漆藝之美與手作的樂趣。Shell inlay in lacquer art is a refined decorative technique that embeds thin pieces of mother-of-pearl or seashell into a lacquered surface. Artists carefully cut and arrange shimmering fragments into intricate patterns. Layered lacquer is applied, polished, and smoothed to reveal luminous designs that reflect light beautifully, creating elegance and depth.

明隆慶年間漆工黃成所撰《髹飾錄》有云：「款彩，有漆色者，有油色者⋯⋯陰刻文圖，如打本之印板，而陷眾色，故名。」

在漆面上描繪圖案後，用陰刻手法勾出花紋，並將輪廓內的漆灰剔除，再填入各色漆、油彩或金銀。
