為響應世界微笑日，南豐集團、陳廷驊基金會和心呼吸聯合推出「心呼吸。空間」計劃，透過精心設計的活動、裝置，以及遍佈不同空間的正念小貼士及放鬆金句，盼為大家帶來由心而發的微笑，並把這份正能量傳遞到社區。

活動期間，南豐旗下五大商場將向顧客免費派發正念貼紙，歡迎大家將正念貼紙貼在顯眼的位置，閒時細閱上面的放鬆金句或生活小貼士，提醒自己放下壓力，深呼吸，重拾身心平衡🧘🏻‍♀️。

【Pick up a Smile sticker at World Smile Day😊】

To echo the original spirit of World Smile Day—connecting the community through simple kindness and smiles—Nan Fung Group, The D. H. Chen Foundation, and Pause & Breathe have jointly launched the “Breathing in the AIR” campaign.

Thoughtfully designed activities and environments, along with mindfulness tips and inspirational messages promoting relaxation, are integrated throughout the spaces. The campaign extends the concept of a “smile” from a facial expression to a state of body and mind. It encourages everyone to relieve stress and reset their mood amidst a busy pace and spread this positive energy throughout the community.

Mindfulness stickers are distributed to customers during the campaign. Please feel free to take one at the designated locations at one of the five Nan Fung malls. Place these mindfulness stickers where you'll see them. Then, take a moment to pause, breathe, and reset in the moment.
