Due to shipping delays out of our control, tomorrow’s session at Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong (RBHK) will feature a selection of lots from two partner farms.

However, the promised experience is moving to 19 September.

Thanks to our friends at Studio Caffeine we will host the official cupping event with the complete promised lineup—featuring outstanding lots from Lamastus Family Estates, Hacienda La Esmeralda, Kotowa, and Savage Coffees.

Hope you enjoyed the fantastic BoP awards night as much as we did! There were so many incredible producers to celebrate in a season of outstanding lots.

Although we’re more than 8,000 kilometres from Boquete, we’d love to mark the occasion by bringing you a taste of these and other remarkable Panamanian farms at our cupping session at Calico on Saturday, 15 August.

Located in Paso Ancho, Tierras Altas district, Finca Los Cantares has been in operation since 1929 under various owners, and it’s been at the helm of Jackie Mercer Vallarino since 1994. The 54-hectare coffee estate is surrounded by primary forests, with the Chiriqui Viejo river flowing through it.
