思考咗好耐應該點宣布,發現原來好好道別好難。

同大家一樣,係疫情期間不斷反思去路,重覆審視已定嘅計劃,而我哋呢個Project最原始嘅念頭,大約喺2019就開始默默萌生,直到2021年,我哋決定咗係大坑 (一個最有人情味最chill,同時亦唔容易維生嘅小社區) 出發歷險🚀

短短兩年嘅旅程,俾到一個好珍貴嘅機會同空間我哋認識大家、一齊交流朱古力嘅可能🍫到生活上的種種鎖碎。望住大家入到嚟開啓咗朱古力嘅新世界,食野飲野帶住滿臉笑容嘅樣,真係好大嘅滿足感。

係香港要經營好一盤生意好難,鋪租貴人工高又缺人,雄心壯志只能對換搏盡無悔。多謝大家一直以來咁鍾意我哋呢個品牌 (我自己都好鍾意架🥺!),只係我哋無能為力啦,要向現實低頭,決定最後營業到8月18日,希望未來可以用另一種形式再同大家見面。

最後,我哋仍然相信朱古力文化係香港係可以繼續普及,因為香港人值得擁有朱古力帶嚟嘅快樂、那一點甜的良藥,安撫那個心內成長了的小孩,然後再好好生活 (aka 初衷🤎)

We are excited to have her in our guest shift on the coming Fri & Sat. Mandy began her coffee career in 2014 and first encountered with cocktails making through the HK Coffee in Good Spirits competition 2019. She was inspired by and has studied thoroughly about the art of flavour pairing and through times, she had developed her own style of drinking creations with mixed ingredients matching including but not limited to coffee, tea, chocolate, spices and herbs.

3 cacao cocktails will be served:

- 花好月圓
Tequila, Osmanthus wine
Black goji berry syrup, Carbonated Cocoa husk tea

- Choc-oat(never)late
Tequila, Cointreau, Lime cordial,
Sichuan pepper Ecuador chocolate oat milk foam

- Bitter Sweet
Tequila, Cacao nips infused Campari, Antica Formula, Black cardamom
