購買流程:
1)選擇心水貨品後傳送圖片及貨品編號到message inbox 後便會盡快回覆是否有現貨, 沒有現貨的會詢問客人是否訂貨, 由客人決定是否訂購
2)確認後, 我們會出付款單並提供HSBC 戶口過數
3) 請於收到付款單3天內安排付款, 付款後請message inbox通知及提供 :
-清楚的入數紙或網上過數記錄以証明付款
-聯絡電話
-郵寄地址
-收件人姓名
*如3天內沒有收到款項, 訂購自動取消, 不再另行通知, 並保留加入黑名單權利
4)確認款項後約2-3個工作天後以平郵寄出貨品, 如為訂購貨品, 需收到貨品後2-3個工作天後以平郵寄出
溫馨提示 :
- 不同的顯示器及不同拍攝燈光下拍攝商品也會造成色差問题，所以每件貨品可能有色差
- 飾物手工不一, 做工不能百分百完美
**不設退換/退款**

客人需承擔運送途中的風險, 如有遺失、損毁, 我們一概不負責。如有其他送貨要求包括掛號或專人送遞, 請在訂購時說明, 以計算送貨費用, 但貨品價錢不會因不選用平郵而調減
客人付款後不能取消訂購貨物或換款, 尤其涉及訂貨, 我們可能已落訂付款。如需訂貨之貨品最終沒有貨, 會盡快通知及安排退款。除了訂貨而沒有貨的情況下,所有過數款項均一律不設退還
我們沒有加錢換貨服務, 亦不會回收你的貨品, 多謝合作

1) Select the goods and then send the pictures and the reference numbers of the goods to the message inbox and we shall reply as soon as possible and confirm if there is any stock. If there is no stock and requires ordering, we shall ask you whether need to order for you and you decide to order or not
2) After confirmation, we shall issue our invoice and provide HSBC account number for you to effect payment
3) Please effect payment within 3 days from the date of the issue of invoice, please notify us in the message inbox after payment and provide the following information:
- Clear payment records including the deposit slips or online records to prove payment
- Contact number
-Mailing address
-The recipient's name
* If no payment is received within 3 days from the date of the issue of invoice, the order will be automatically cancelled without notice, and we reserve the right to blacklist that person.
4) After the confirmation of payment, we shall deliver the goods by ordinary post within 2-3 working days. If the goods require ordering, we shall deliver the goods by ordinary post within 2-3 working days upon the receipt of the ordered goods. Gentle reminder:
- Under different displays or lighting in shooting products will cause difference in colors for the actual products and the photographs. Therefore it is possible for the ultimate products have slight color deviation as compared with the photographs
- Accessories products some are handmade or involved different workmanship, they could not be hundred percent perfect and identical
** No Exchange / Refund **
Please make sure you choose the styles you want, unless specifically mentioned, the price includes the local (Hong Kong) ordinary post fees
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the delivery. If you have other requests for delivery such as by registered post or personal delivery, please specify when making orders in order for us to calculate the delivery costs, but in any event, the price of the goods will not be reduced because for not choosing ordinary post
You cannot cancel the order or change another product after payment, especially it involves order goods as we may have already paid for the orders. Only when the ordered goods are out of stock and unavailable, all the paid money will not be refunded
