“Bespoke gift curation”

"Carla came highly recommended by the HONG KONG TOURISM BOARD as a bespoke personal shopper who might be able to assist with a surprise anniversary gift for a VIP international client. She was kind and PROFESSIONAL and very patient (the process took a year) and went above and beyond to source HIGH QUALITY options with special certification and was able to provide photos and videos on request. She was able to educate us on the quality of the pieces and the intricate nuances of the type of materials and workmanship. Once the pieces were narrowed down, Carla negotiated a SPECIAL DISCOUNT on the client's behalf and took some personal time to collect the gift, source a special hand carved box to present it in, and even personally delivered the gift to the client.

I strongly recommend her services to anyone looking for a special gift, as her KNOWLEDGE is vast and CONNECTIONS are incredible and her communication is smooth and EFFICIENT and sweet.
It really was a pleasure to work with her and I look forward to more opportunities in future."
