3. A FULL price difference will be charged in case of exchange. No discount will be offered on the exchanged goods. NO REFUND will be granted for the difference if the retail price of the exchanged new goods is cheaper than the returned goods.
5. A brand new replacement will be offered ONCE only for item(s) purchased within 30 days and with the support of legitimate reason(s) . WOW Co. reserves the rights to examine the defects and make final judgements before offering the replacement. If the product is found with damaged by misuse, no replacement service will be provided.
6. Receipt must be presented in case of repair and maintenance; otherwise, HKD80 will be charged as administration fee. Additional charge maybe required for certain repair service. Please consult our staff for details.

6. 如已購商品有損壞，客人可𢹂帶單據到本店，選擇本店所提供維修服務。若干情況下，設計師可能會按照商品損壞之情況收取維修費。如客人未必出示單據，本店有權收取港幣80元作行政及服務費。
