I like sweet potatos. I can found 2 types of them here in Lisbon. One is orange colour and the other one is purple outside and yellow inside.

紫色皮那隻味道相對較甜，口感有點像栗子，相對較硬。
橙色那隻也很甜，質地軟軟綿綿的那種，就像香港可以吃到的街邊『煨蕃薯』。

I like the purple one more, which I brought at pinco doce. Let’s ask our chef any new dishes for this wonderful ingredient 💕

For somehow destiny brings us here to 🇵🇹 Portugal. This is a kind of blessing.

Everything is fresh and new to us, a couple from Hong Kong, all are new experiences.

Everyday sunny day.
Walking on the street feels different.
Buying stuffs in supermarkets is not the same feeling.
New language, Different culture…

All these bring me back to be a baby. Second life!

How can we continue our dream here?
How can we live here?

Anyway ‘ mise en place ‘ moved to Portugal Lisbon now, we are still getting prepared and ready for the future.
