【「嶺南工藝—廣彩製作技藝」特別郵票即將發售🤩】

「廣彩」係「廣州彩繪瓷器」嘅簡稱，係嶺南文化其中一種傳統工藝，做法係喺已經上釉嘅白瓷胎上面進行彩繪，再經燒製而成。香港製造嘅廣彩除咗保留傳統嘅手繪技術同吉祥圖案之外，亦都融入咗唔少本地彩繪技法同特色圖案，所以又有「港彩」之稱。廣彩製作技藝仲喺2024年被納入《香港非物質文化遺產代表作名錄》㖭！

【“Lingnan Craftsmanship – Guangcai (The Canton Famille Rose Porcelain) Making Technique” special stamps on sale soon🤩】

Guangcai, the shortened form of “Guangzhou painted porcelain” or “Canton Famille Rose Porcelain”, is one of the traditional craftsmanship of Lingnan culture. It involves painting patterns on pre-glazed white porcelain, followed by a secondary firing. In addition to conserving the traditional hand-painting technique and auspicious patterns, Guangcai produced in Hong Kong also incorporates local painting techniques and special motifs, hence the name Gangcai (“Hong Kong painted porcelain”). The Guangcai making technique was even inscribed onto the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Hong Kong in 2024!

【見證時代變遷：九龍城嘅過去同現在🕰】

大家知唔知九龍城區經歷過啲乜嘢關鍵轉變呢？我哋一齊了解吓郵票上面嘅地標啦🤗！

$2.40郵票：九龍寨城公園原址係建築密集嘅九龍寨城，園內充滿清初江南園林嘅特色。

$4.20郵票：啟德體育園係啟德機場舊址重新發展計劃嘅重要項目，見證住香港嘅時代變遷，亦進一步鞏固「亞洲盛事之都」嘅國際地位。

$5.70郵票：啟德郵輪碼頭坐落喺前啟德機場嘅跑道上面，由跑道蛻變而成，係一座盡覽維港美景嘅流線型現代建築。

$5.80郵票：宋王臺花園入面保留咗一塊以前矗立喺聖山上面、刻有「宋王臺」三個字嘅刻石。雖然刻石曾經受到破壞，而聖山又被夷平咗，但係值得慶幸嘅係呢塊刻石文物到今日都仲可以好好保存。

【Testament to Changing Times: Kowloon City District Then and Now🕰】

Do you know what key changes Kowloon City District has undergone? Let’s take a look at the landmarks featured on the stamps 🤗!

$2.40 Stamp: Kowloon Walled City Park, featuring the Jiangnan garden style of the early Qing dynasty, sits on the site of the once densely built Kowloon Walled City.

$4.20 Stamp: Kai Tak Sports Park, a major project within the redevelopment plan for the former Kai Tak Airport site, bears testament to the changing times of Hong Kong while further consolidating the city’s international status as the “Events Capital of Asia”.

$5.70 Stamp: Kai Tak Cruise Terminal stands on the runway of the former Kai Tak Airport. Transformed from the runway, this sleek modern building offers an unobstructed panoramic view of Victoria Harbour.

$5.80 Stamp: Sung Wong Toi Garden preserves the inscription rock that once stood atop Sacred Hill and was inscribed with the three Chinese characters “宋王臺” (meaning “Terrace of the Song Kings”). Although the rock sustained damage and Sacred Hill was levelled, it is fortunate that this relic has been properly preserved to this day.
