Despite TheBookshop has moved out of the museum, our spirit is still there - finding beauty and joy in books and art.
In the coming three months, we are working with Rock Foundation on a 3-month social inclusion project called Reading Room. Reading Room is a pop-up space on a building in Wanchai. Needless to say, there are books and a small collection of artworks, and a monthly sharing on a specific subject.
End of last year due to CoVID, we have unwillingly postponed and cancelled Father Tham’s book talk. Here’s the comeback, Father Tham is in town for two weeks and has kindly made time for a special talk sharing on the art, his choice of characters, and creative process of seal engraving on 18 Oct. Yes, it’s next Tuesday. Please register soon as this pop-up Reading Room is smaller than before.
