We recently had the pleasure of a visit from Maestro Orlando Bonzi. He tickled our ears for a few minutes with this little jam.
Fender Master Built Tele, Ceraitone Delight, a super rare Pete Cornish Duplex Overdirve and our prototype 2x12 cab.
Everything except Orlando and the Tele are available for sale from NCK.

Here are the finished string rollers for a classic Steinberger Transtrem.

Nearing the end of our Steinberger refurbishment. Here the brass string rollers are being separated off the main piece of brass stock.
The individual rollers are turned to an astonishing 0.001mm tolerance.
Once they're all separated, they'll be lapped to fit perfectly into the bridge saddles.
Then we'll polish them to jewel-like perfection before fitting
the new axles.
Getting closer to rock and roll!

Here at the NCK Custom Shop, we roll our own!
Some high grade brass is being turned into some new bridge saddle rollers.
Next step, cutting the radius for the string lands.
