一個吉嘅杯麵杯原來可以整到咁cute 嘅St Patrick’s day Top hat 🍀加埋一個有小啷啷嘅Shillelagh 🔔 啲小朋友鍾意到不得了, 做完手工佢哋攬住我”We love it, Miss Helen” 我個心溶咗🥹

Who knew an empty cup noodle container could turn into such a cute St. Patrick’s Day top hat? 🍀 Plus a tiny shillelagh with little jingling bells🔔 The kids loved it so much. When they finished their craft, they hugged me and said “We love it, Miss Helen.” My heart literally melted. 🥹

終於完成咗呢幅畫… 畫一隻自帶皇室氣質嘅小可愛👑,屬於 Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, 佢叫Winston 🐶
第一次畫毛孩以為毛同眼神最難畫，但原來真正嘅考驗係後面個咕𠱸同梳化… 啲質感、坑紋同壓花好細緻, 落筆嘅時候有時連氣都唔敢唞😂
不過畫嘅時候有種好奇妙嘅感覺, 雖然我只係睇住張相畫, 但我同Winston 好似connect 咗咁, 好似見到佢點樣爬上張梳化, 想瞓覺時條尾會掃吓掃吓, 唔知現實佢係咪真係會咁嘅呢☺️

I’ve finally finished this painting… A little one with royal elegance 👑 A Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Winston 🐶

When I first started painting him, I thought the fur and those soulful eyes would be the hardest part. But it turned out the real challenge was the cushion and the sofa behind him —the textures, the embossed patterns, the tiny details. Sometimes I was holding my breath while making each stroke 😂
But while painting, something unexpected happened. Even though I was only working from a photo, I felt strangely connected to Winston. I could almost picture him climbing onto the sofa, his tail gently swishing when he’s about to fall asleep.
I wonder if he actually does that in real life ☺️

尋日去咗Unified Workforce Asian Lunar New Celebration, 節目好豐富又多元化，好surprise好多美國人出席，佢哋都會着紅色衫, 所以好有新年氣氛.
整咗個細細地嘅Photo Booth 玩吓，雖然好多人唔知嗰啲嘢係乜嘢，不過見到佢哋拎住影相都幾開心😃

I went to the Unified Workforce Asian Lunar New Year Celebration. There were so many diverse performances. I was pleasantly surprised to see so many Americans attending. They even wore red outfits, which really added to the festive atmosphere.
I set up a small photo booth for fun. Even though many people didn’t know what the props were, it was still really nice to see them holding them and happily taking photos 😃

呢part 難度9.9，絲絨布面花紋密，差啲畫到眼都凸😂
This part was a 9.9. Velvet fabric, patterns everywhere. Almost gave me bug-eyed syndrome😂

今個新年真係好忙，只好求其整個 BB 班揮春，加埋之前幾年整落嘅，應該都夠掛嘅😅

This Lunar New Year has been a busy one, so I ended up making a “baby version” of my spring couplets. Added to the ones I made in previous years… hopefully that should be enough 😅

開始咗第一轉素蘿蔔糕! 3.6kg 蘿蔔加埋配料，洗、切、刨——已經用咗成個幾鐘。嗰一刻真係好希望可以好似啲黑白大廚咁，可以摩打手切嘢😆
聽日拎去 event 俾大家食，提早少少感受吓新年氣氛😉
First batch of vegetarian radish cake in progress. 3.6kg of radish plus all the ingredients — washing, chopping, shredding… over an hour gone already.
At that moment, I really wished I had one of those “motorized hands” like the chefs on cooking shows 😆
Bringing this to an event tomorrow, getting into the Lunar New Year vibes a little early. 😉

做完聖誕手工就到農曆新年啦，呢個好易做，而且好可愛，做完之後小朋友好興奮話想快啲掛起佢😂
After finishing our Christmas crafts, it’s time for Lunar New Year!
This one is super easy to make and so cute.
The kids were so excited and couldn’t wait to hang it up 😂

上兩個月做咗好多小朋友手工，有唔同款嘅立體同pop up 聖誕咭，又有snow globe 嘅wreath，最特別嘅係佢哋好努力咁用中文字寫咭，佢哋真係好叻🥰
Over the past two months, we made lots of crafts with the kids — different kinds of 3D and pop-up Christmas cards, as well as snow-globe wreaths. The most special part was seeing how hard they worked to write their cards in Chinese. They were truly amazing 🥰

聖誕節收到呢張畫枱做禮物，
上面有個網狀筆筒，原本係用嚟放畫筆，
但我想用嚟放人生必需品 😂
Got this drawing desk as a Christmas gift.
It came with a mesh pen holder, meant for brushes…
but I decided to use it for life essentials 😂

2025 年對我嚟講係一個充滿挑戰同感恩嘅一年 🥰
學咗好多我以前從未接觸過嘅嘢，亦都認識咗好多好有心嘅朋友同客人。
最難忘嘅係擺咗兩次市集。因為唔想產品太過季節性，需要喺短時間內研發出一系列全新嘅產品，過程雖然辛苦但真係好好玩。
喺市集入面見到支持咗我好耐嘅客人，又識到好多新朋友,嗰份感動到而家都仲記得 🥹
今年其中一個最大嘅驚喜，係收到唔同媒體嘅訪問。老實講，呢世人真係冇諗過自己嘅作品可以上電視同雜誌，真係好感恩有呢啲機會 ❤️

2025 has been a year full of challenges and gratitude for me 🥰
I learned so many things I had never experienced before, and met so many kind-hearted friends and customers along the way.
One of the most unforgettable moments was taking part in two fairs/markets.
Because I didn’t want my products to be too seasonal, I had to develop a whole new series in a short period of time. It was exhausting, but also incredibly fun and rewarding.
Seeing long-time supporters at the markets and meeting so many new friends truly touched my heart 🥹
One of the biggest surprises this year was being featured by different media outlets.
I honestly never imagined that my work would be on TV or in magazines. I’m deeply grateful for these opportunities ❤️

每年呢幾日都會忙於整蛋撻同雪花酥, 送俾鄰居同學生, 佢哋會期待亦會學講廣東話「蛋撻」, 好可愛🥰

Every year around this time, I get busy making egg tarts and nougats to give to my neighbors and students. They even look forward to it and learn to say “daan taat” in Cantonese — so cute 🥰
