When the original Micro Regulator™ came out it was an instant hit since it was ultra compact yet offered the performance of regulators twice its size. With the introduction of the second generation of this regulator, we've simplified manufacturing and ease of maintenance while retaining its compact footprint. With the regulator body coming it at just 0.006" taller than the original, the Micro Reg™ GEN2 stands a hair over 2.25" tall which makes the entire regulator more compact than a traditional UFA. PolarStar Fusion HPA Engine | V2 Gearbox

Designed to answer the demands of today's hardcore ai***ft player, the patented Fusion Engine is one of the most reliable, high performance ai***ft systems available today. No matter if you need a high fire rate CQB setup or a high velocity sniper platform, the Fusion Engine can do it all without sacrificing dependability or trigger response. Constructed from CNC machined aluminum our system is extremely durable and is even capable of operating under extreme temperatures without decreased performance or reliability.

You can quickly change and adjust key functions of the engine via the on-board FCU (Fire Control Unit) which is no bigger than an AEG's MOSFET and can easily fit inside of a ri**es battery compartment along with a small Li-po battery. Using the FCU's five position joystick and LCD display you will be able to easily adjust such functions as the systems cyclic rate, fire modes and nozzle timing on the fly.

With the Fusion Engine in your r***e you will also be able to adjust its muzzle velocity via the remote air rig (sold separately). Adjusting the PSI output on your air rig will allow you to fine tune your ri**es muzzle velocity so you will always be able to get it exactly where you want it. And then for larger velocity changes we offer a series of air nozzles with varying bore sizes to shift the velocity adjustment range up or down to best meet your requirements.

The best part is that our system is extremely user friendly. Even if you have only the basic understanding of an ai***ft r***e, you will find that operating and manipulating this system is very simple and does not require a degree in ai***ft engineering to figure out.

PolarStar F2 HPA Engine | V2 Gearbox

What Is F2?
F2 is essentially a Mini Fusion Engine. It offers the same adjust-ability and performance as the Fusion Engine in a cylinder sized package.

Patented Dual Solenoid Design
The dual solenoid design of the F2™ provides the same functionality as the legendary Fusion Engine™ but in a more compact, efficient and flexible design. Dual solenoids allow for the nozzle and the poppet valve to be adjusted independently of each other for unparalleled control over both the loading time and air volume used. Additionally, this makes it possible to change the firing sequence giving it the ability to operate in both true closed bolt as well as "AEG" mode.

Increased Efficiency
The F2™ incorporates a new one-piece, lightweight poppet valve design yet still operates on the same principle as the Fusion Engine™ poppet. This valve is able to operate at lower pressures and uses less air volume to function which optimizes air efficiency.

The standard F2 poppet is equivilent to the Red Low-Flow poppet of the Fusion Engine.

The robust design of the F2™ allows for an operating pressure range of 45psi to 145psi which enables it to achieve velocities from CQB to DMR while employing only one nozzle for the entire velocity adjustment range.

Spring Loaded Nozzle

The F2™ nozzle is spring biased forward which provides a consistent loading force regardless of operating pressure. It shares the same spring as the Fusion Engine™ with both light and heavy spring options available to adjust the loading force.

Complete Tuning Control

The F2™ comes complete with a Fire Control Unit (FCU) that has an LCD display that allows you to tune your F2 to your liking! Adjust it's dwell, rate of fire, burst modes, nozzle feeding, and more!

The patent pending JACK™ system was designed to answer the demand for an affordable, high performance HPA (High Pressure Air) conversion for AEG's. The system is a drop-in cylinder replacement that is universally compatible with a wide range of gearbox versions that have center-line nozzles.

Similar to its sister product, the F1, it replaces the original gearbox components with a programmable pneumatic system allowing for higher performance and greater reliability over a gear driven system. Although economically priced, JACK™ still retains the same performance and quality you have come to expect from PolarStar products.

Unlike some other lines in the market, the Amped Lines use a durable wide bore line protected with high-strength nylon sheathing to prevent general wear during games. The biggest benefit of the wide bore line we use is that it allows for more air passage than traditional 6mm macro line. This helps improve refresh rate and helps drive air-hungry systems like Daytona Guns or GBB guns that have been HPA tapped.
