Proračun čvrstoće dijelova MKE (FEM) metodom. Sigurnosni faktor ove komponente koji opisuje da neće doći do oštećenja proizvoda iznosi 6.7, što znači da je 6.7 p**a čvršća odnosno sigurnija od puknuća ili oštećenja.
Postavljeno je opterećenje od 200 kg za 1 vijak, što predstavlja opterećenje od 400 kg za 2 vijka na koje se oslanja motocikal.

1) Granica tečenja za aluminij 5083 od kojeg se izrađuje komponenta iznosi 228 MPa, što prva slika prikazuje da neće doći do deformacija komponente, jer je maksimalno naprezanje 202 MPa. (slika lijevo gore)

2) Prilikom podizanja motocikla na štender, ukupni pomak kompnente u krajnjem položaju iznosi 0.05 mm što je zanemarivo. (slika desno gore)

3) Posljednja slika dolje u sredini prikazuje samo opterećenje na vijku koji zapravo preuzima svo opterećenje. Naprezanje iznosi 94 MPa, što je 6.7 p**a manje od granice tečenja 640 MPa, odnosno od toga da se vijak trajno deformira.

Strength calculation of parts using the FEM method. The safety factor of this component, which indicates that there will be no damage to the product, is 6.7, meaning it is 6.7 times stronger or safer from breakage or damage. A load of 200 kg is applied for 1 bolt, which represents a load of 400 kg for 2 bolts supporting the motorcycle.
1) The yield strength of aluminum 5083, from which the component is made, is 228 MPa, which the first image shows will not result in deformation of the component, as the maximum stress is 202 MPa (top left image).
2) When lifting the motorcycle onto the stand, the total displacement of the component in the final position is 0.05 mm, which is negligible (top right image).
3) The last image, located at the bottom center, shows only the load on the bolt that actually takes on the entire load. The stress is 94 MPa, which is 6.7 times less than the yield strength of 640 MPa, meaning the bolt will not undergo permanent deformation.
