Rosé Marino is a high-quality dry pink wine from the famous Carić winery on the northern side of the island of Hvar. It is produced from the indigenous Plavac mali variety with short maceration. In Dalmatia it is traditionally called opol, and the name of the wine is a play on words that evokes rosemary and sea rosé.
