Još malo je vremena ostalo do početka važne vinske manifestacije koju ćemo ugostiti na našem otoku.
Čast nam je ugostiti vinare i vinske sudce koji će uz vina iz 12 zemalja , otkriti i naš lijepi otok Hvar!
Već 15 godina "The Balkans International Wine Competition" je uspješna platforma za promociju balkanskih vina na svjetskoj sceni. Ove godine uvodi se i platinasta medalja (96+ bodova) koja je vrhunac hijerarhije bodovanja BIWC-a 2026.
Samo ocjenjivanje održava se od 27.-29. svibnja u Jelsi, a nakon toga održat će se niz događanja u Hvaru i Starome Gradu, vezanih uz vino i gastronomiju.
Na Hvaru će boraviti tim vrhunskih stručnjaka, među kojima su i:

We had a lot of fun with our new interactive tasting "Guess the taste". We found out how important our senses are to enjoying chocolate & wine. In the first part of the tasting we guess the flavour, in the second part, with special tasting method, we reach a higher intensity of tasting. We do this tasting in our cafe and also privately in your space (apartment, villa,ship...). Call us for more info

🍇 One of the wines we often include in our tastings : Carić's "Jubo'v" which is a wine that is made from grapes from the island's north (area known as Bonde. Jubo'v is a blend of grape plavac mali further mixed with merlot, cabernet sauvignon and syrah and is a true jewel of Hvar. 🌅

Carić winery: a place where Fedra Gamulin used to work years ago - and where a relationship that started out from business evolved into a friendship. Before her chocolate work, Fedra did wine tastings at Carić winery - so later on when she started to create her chocolates, pairing wine from a friend with her choco work was a natural progression. 🍷🍫
