Meet Efanor Nore! Efanor is the World Concern Haiti Country Leader. Efanor lives in one of the most dangerous cities in the world. He and his family were forced by gangs to flee their home, and yet, after 13 years of work in international development, he is committed to his nation and its transformation. “My faith helps me not give up despite challenges and obstacles. It opens my eyes to understand that change lies within the capacity of Haitians,” Efanor said.
