Vevői minőségügyi mérnök (Nagykanizsa vagy Budapest)

Cégünk innovatív LED világítási rendszereket fejleszt és gyárt beltéri mezőgazdasági termelők számára világszerte. Technológiánkat olyan termelők használják, akik zárt rendszerekben, kontrollált körülmények között termesztenek növényeket.

Csapatunk bővítésére olyan műszaki szemléletű minőségügyi mérnököt keresünk, aki képes komplex műszaki problémákat átlátni, a szükséges információkat összegyűjteni, és koordinálni a megoldáshoz vezető lépéseket a fejlesztés, a gyártás és a partnereink között.

A munkád lényege a felmerülő műszaki problémák megértése, strukturálása és a megoldási folyamat végigkísérése lesz.

A pozíció nem klasszikus minőségirányítási szerepkör: a hangsúly a műszaki problémák kezelésén és a megoldási folyamat végigvitelén van.

Kis létszámú mérnöki csapatként dolgozunk, ezért fontos, hogy képes legyél önállóan átlátni helyzeteket és végigvinni feladatokat.

FELADATOK:

• Vevői reklamációk kivizsgálásának koordinálása
• Kapcsolattartás külföldi szervizpartnerekkel és a hazai gyártással
• Garanciális javítások szervezése és nyomonkövetése
• Műszaki problémák és visszajelzések gyűjtése, rendszerezése
• A szükséges információk összefoglalása a fejlesztési és vezetői döntések támogatására
• Minőségi problémák megoldásának végigkövetése a partnereknél és a gyártásban
• Együttműködés a fejlesztési és gyártási csapattal
• Kimutatások és riportok készítése a minőségi folyamatokról

ELVÁRÁSOK:

• Felsőfokú műszaki végzettség
• 3-5 év releváns tapasztalat
• Műszaki gondolkodás és strukturált problémamegközelítés
• Kommunikációs szintű angol nyelvtudás (szóban és írásban)
• Önálló munkavégzés és projekt szemlélet
• Jó kommunikációs készség partnerekkel és csapaton belül
• MS Office magabiztos használata
• Utazási hajlandóság (magyarországi bérgyártókhoz)

We are thrilled to share the success story of our recent project, in which we installed up to 8 000 pieces of Flexi-Grow with at Sven Sigg Ab! 🚀

While Sven Sigg is already the in , the company is determined to continue its expansion further. The partnership between Sigg and Food Autonomy Lighting began in 2021, when Sigg ordered a thousand double Flexi-Grow modules from us, and even after the short period of use in the first winter period, their finding was that the installation contributed to significant cost savings, better efficacy, and improved yield as well.

Building on the success of the first project, Sigg embarked on a 2nd phase with us, with several objectives in mind. They sought over the LED fixtures to further enhance growth, and they wanted to ensure the well-being and happiness of their employees by adjusting the white spectrum when needed. We are delighted to have played a role in helping them achieve these goals by installing multi-channel toplights with wireless dimming, which is fully with Sigg’s existing .
