Hey Fellas!

It was long ago since I"ve been doing a commission work....well it looks like you can"t change whats written in your destiny..=)
Anyway...a good friend and fellow collector István and his
son "Ádám" aka the "WrestleKid":

Giarratano aka the Italian "Red Scorpion"

So..without a doubt I said yes. =)
We choose some money friendly solutions. That is why we used AEW Brian Cage figure from Jazwares as a base. I"ve tried to find
scorpions on his pants and wrists as close as possible...Not the 100% match, but still looks great.
Head was the headache - We ordered some masked head - but it didnt math the size...my bad...:/
So...I reshaped the head, made the scorpion on it with the tail.
And here he is :)

The tattoo"s are in progress. Not my sort of art - I cant draw...sorry =)
We found a real tattoo master who will recreate the real tattoos...than we will make them as water slide decals and put them in places. So..there will be a little update later ;)

Custom Iron Grenadier Destro

Well, I wont lie - I dont like the Hasbro"s new price policy.
IMHO - the Despoiler set is too expensive just to own the gold headed Destro. So...without any hesitation - I just customized him.
The idea to use the basic destro - isnt mine. You can check out
Stronox"es great custom figure.
I tried to make mine as cheap as it possible...you know...like always =)
So...basic 6 inch Destro, fabric cape, cardboard fins and shoulder pads, and the sword scabbard too. The sword - well the cheapest thing I could find was that awesome Witcher keychain. Works perfectly. And its die cast...which means this isn"t a wibbly-wobbly plastic "thing" that Hasbro always uses ;)

Hey everyone!
Some unusual activity from me. Usually I work with action figures, as you know :)
On the other side I have some robots too. So it was only time when I will do some "custom" work on the transformers behalf :D
MS-Toys do some real cool legends sized G1 robots and the company owner biggest love is Ultra Magnus.
Little backstory: we"ve got the cab+trailer robot first (MS-B04), than we"ve got the 1st versoin Optimus with the White recolor as Ultra Magnus (MS-B18W) - which is just dissapeared from the market and has a tremendous high price now. MS-toys did a trailer MS-P02 that only works with the MS-B18 and its recolors, so you can do "original" big blue Ultra Magnus.
Than we"ve got tha updated Optimus...and the White recolor (MS-B46W)...with no trailer....and of course the MS-P02 do not works with it....
I"ve bought the last one and waited for the "updated" trailer...instead, after several yerars of waiting - we"ve got the cab+trailer transforming Ultra Magnus (MS-B61)

So here we are - I bought (its still pretty cheap) and customed the trailer we have - so now it works with the updated white cab.
I"ve tried to show all the "changes" in the pics. Its not so pretty but still works/transforms...so...feel free to ask and comment :)

Alec Deleon from the EXO Squad with his Field Communications E-frame

To be honest with you - Alec is my first and favourite character...
It was a challenge to make him. Especially to chose the right parts, recreate his "look"...and decide how exactly accomplish his e-frame.

For the figure I used Mandalorian Judge with Mig Mayfeld head form Star Wars Mandalorian series.
I sculpted his hair, added MTF helmet microphone and cut his glasses out of drinking bottle =)
Added some custom made holsters and pouches with some MTF pouches, cardboard straps and G.I.Joe pistols to complete his look.
His radio backpack - G.I.Joe 50th Heat Viper backpack modified and repainted.

The E-frame had to be modified too, due to the figure height.
There"s a pic where I "modified" the E-frame. At the leg parts I added some height, so the figure would fit properly, and give some length to the cockpit hinge so it would close and leave some room for the figure.
The only thing not shown in photos - I cut out some panel piece behind the figure foot.
It was a tricky part, cause the leg parts of the E-frame are snapped together with pins instead of screws. I was unable to took them apart.
There where at least 3 variant to choose from: the toy look, and 2 looks on the back of the original box. So I decided to recreate the ammo drum on his leg and finally repaint the whole thing, to tone down the bright colors.
It looks like I went a bit darker...still - the final look is pretty nice :D

Also, as in the toon - I added the "sensor tube/scope" he had on the "windshield". Just a little touch.

Well, we are now at 4 of the 8 members of the Able squad...We are just right at the middle ;)

"We are the Commando Elite. Everything else is just a toy!"

This "custom idea" was sitting for long in my head. I knew that Sigma 6 figures look so closely like the famous Small Soldiers movie "commando" characters, that someday I will make them...
Well...the time has come :D

I did get parts for all the whole team, so the other members will show up someday. Just give me some time ;)

First of the group is obviously: Major Chip Hazard. The ruthless and authoritative platoon leader of his team called "Commando Elite".

Basically he is made out of different bits and parts of G.I.Joe Sigma 6 figures and accessories. Head is Duke, the body is mostly Flint with different boots as I remember, as the pistol, gr***de and vest pouches.
The vest - thx to my wife, who recreated Flints vest in yellow fabric. =)
The radio, pistol holster, belt and pouches - are handmade mostly out of cardboard and fabric.
Everything else is just simple painting :D...

So here it is...the 1st custom of 2026:
Nemesis Enforcer"s - new wings =)

Saw this "update" a while ago and decided why not to try.
The first problem I encountered was the wings itself - where to get them?
Well...The Knull vs Venom duo pack is pretty darn expensive for just a wings. And thx to our Asian firends - I"ve found out that on Aliexpress you can buy a movie KO Venom for couple of bucks that is packed with the exact same wings! - Honestly I dont know why they packing it with him...but I guess it was my luck.
Anyway - I bought it.

The modification itself - pretty easy stuff. I just put out the butterfly hinges (you should heat up the whole "back pack" stuff) and drill them out for the bigger hinge that is inside the wings. Than inside the "back pack" there are 2 "track" whole from each side for the ends of the hinges...Both needs to be widen a bit. Always cut just a tiny bit and check....And thats it. That the whole "modify" part of this. Second part of course - painting. It was dark blue-black color with just glossy red from inside. Paint...varnish...and you could to go =)

The wings are pretty heavy. So the hinges in the wings did not hold it weight. I used the "glue" method to tighten them up.
Due to the weight its a bit hard to pose the figure.

All in all - it looks much better than those chicken wings it came in the first place. Not the best wings, but the cheapest ones ;)

Well this is it...my 2025 in custom works.
To sums it up - yepp a bit more 6 inch than my usual 1/18th scale...and all in all - not so much as I expected. All thx to this just insane 2025. Hope yours were much better.
Just to stay positive - I have a bunch WIP"s so 2026 if it gives me the right mood and time - it might be a lot...I mean a LOT more productive =)
Anyway...thx for support and all the comments...I hope you still like my works and it helps you out...all just inspire you at least =)
I"m still here, I"m still customizing...so...
Again - Happy new year....and lets start 2026!

Merry Christmas everyone! ⛄️🎄🎅

Finally got my Mainframe and thx to the lot of reviews out there on the web I was prepared for some "upgrades" =)
First of all big thx to the fellow forum member from F118th, who gave the idea of trimming the sides of the helmet. Really helps his look.
Secondly - instead of Metal-Heads lower part I used Wolf Spider"s legs and "pants". It was a few bucks cheaper to buy a body from Aliexpress ;)
Only painting - just added some "black" to his kneepads and boots.
Its originally dark grey/blue-ish...but due to his black accessories they stood out too much.
Overall - a more "cartoon" look and made him higher. =)

Hey fellas!
Just a quick "upgrade" for the awesome POC Crazylegs. =)

Just added him again lately to my collection....and unfortunately he came with the broken right elbow hinge. So took him apart and changed the hinges in both hand just to match.
+ Added articulated JoyToy wrists, changed his "goofy" boots for more standard army type ones, BFS head, added a chin strap to his helmet and some paint touch ups.
