RECIPE OF THE DAY

"CUCUMBER SALAD"

Today we will give you a simple and healthy "Cucumber Salad" recipe,

For The "Ingredient":

- 2 English cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill minced

How To Make It :

- Season cucumbers with salt in a large bowl and let sweat 1 hour. Drain liquids and toss cucumbers with onion slices.

- In a small saucepan over high heat, pour in white vinegar and water and stir in sugar until dissolved and liquid turns clear, 3 to 5 minutes

- Pour over cucumbers and onions. Stir in dill. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve cold or at room temperature.

"HOMEMADE GINGER ALE"

Today we wilet'sive you A HOMEMADE GINGER ALE recipe, let's Feel Fresh and Fun today.

For The Ingredient :

- 30 Ml mint juice
- 15 ml ginger juice
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- Soda
- Sprig of mint

How To Make It :
1. To make the mint juice, take mint leaves and ice and blend the two. Strain
out the juice.
2. To make ginger juice, use ginger and a little bit of water and blend it
3. Mix mint juice, ginger juice, lemon juice, and sugar syrup in a tall glass.
4. Top it up with soda. Garnish with a spring of mint.
5. Serve chilled.
