Finding Beauty in the Ordinary 2: A Beginner-Friendly Photography Workshop
Inspired by the idea of slowing down and noticing everyday life through a different perspective, photographer Simran Ishwar invites participants to explore photography in a relaxed and reflective way using only their smartphones. Rather than focusing on technical aspects, participants will be encouraged to observe light, atmosphere, movement, and simple moments that often go unnoticed. Through a slow photowalk around the nearby Kemang area, participants will explore photography through observation of the everyday. The session ends with a casual sharing and reflection session.

Location -PARARA Store and photowalk around Kemang, Jakarta Selatan
Each class includes:
- guidance on how to notice and photograph everyday moments,
- creative smartphone photography
- a small collection of meaningful photographs from a photowalk.
- snack, drink, workshop space
- workshop certificate
Participants only need to bring:
a smartphone, wear comfortable footwear for the photowalk,
and bring a sense of wonder and curiousity. Beginners are welcome.
