We also launched Jakarta Airport Store in Indonesia and Changi Airport Store in Singapore in 2012 and have successfully made headway into overseas market and taken the first step to become a leader in the industry around the world. In Lotte Duty Free, we value exceptional service staying one step ahead for satisfying customer, and are always exerting efforts for providing comfortable shopping environment, solid sale and various events for customers. We use most entertaining Korean movie stars like Bae Yong-Jun, Choi Ji-Woo, Jang Gun-Seok, 2PM, Hyeon Bin, Kim Hyeon-Jung and Song Seong-Heon for advisement to present a new concept of marketing, Enter-tour-ment, a combination of tour and entertainment, with which visitors will experience Korean Wave.
