Emerale X Missibu Introduce "GUETO" - The Rare Indonesian Coffee with a Unique Taste and Premium Merchandise.

Emerale and Missibu are thrilled to announce their latest collaboration - GUETO, a premium coffee that comes with one box of 40 grams of coffee beans and merchandise. This unique coffee is sourced from the highlands of Tanah Karo, specifically from Kec. Barusjahe - Desa Siberteng, where it grows at an altitude of 1400 meters above sea level. The coffee beans used in GUETO are of the Catimor variety, a blend of Ateng and Sigararutang, and are processed using the Submerged Fermentation method for 72 hours, followed by Wash, Dry, and Hull.

The coffee is produced by Passla, a renowned producer, and Amral Sembiring, a skilled farmer with years of experience in coffee cultivation. Esmeralda Special, GIGANTE

Gigante 2ASN was harvest from the Gigante lot in Haciendad La Esmeralda's Cañas Verdes farm on February 7, 2022. After harvest, the cofffee cherries were put in a sealed tank to anaerobically ferment for 120 hours. After fermentation, the coffee cherries were slow dried on raised beds for 45 days and then for an additional 12 hours on concrete patio. Gigante 2ASN showcases notes of jasmine, tamarinds, tropical fruits and bergamot. This delicious and elegant floral geisha is sweet, bright and balanced.
