Morning class Armònia with Chiara Cortese : free, releasing movement to shake off the week, slow breathwork to settle the mind, and balance work to find a steady center.

It reminded us of an old Buddhist tale. A crocodile carries a monkey across a river, planning to take her heart. But the monkey stays calm, outsmarts him and gets back to shore safely. That day, all his strength wasn’t enough.
We like to think he learned the lesson: strength works best with balance.
