Sourced from the Portรณn lot within El Velo farm, one of Esmeraldaโ€™s newer high-altitude farms at 1700โ€“1870 MASL.

This coffee undergoes a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation, followed by carefully controlled dark room drying to preserve clarity and structure.

The result is an intensely floral and highly expressive cup, layered with tropical fruit and remarkable clarity.

From Bondowoso, East Java, this one leans into something we donโ€™t often get to see: the Maragogype variety.
โ€จKnown for its large beans and its Typica lineage, rarely found in Indonesia. Not something you come across often. And thatโ€™s exactly the point.
โ€จA variety that stands on its own. Simple, yet distinctive.

A clean washed process keeps it transparent and true to its character.

In the cup:โ€จSoft citric quality on the first sip, mild lemon notes, gentle and not too bright, followed by a dominant sweetness jujube and honey-like, with a herbal finish that leans toward ginger tea.

A classic, straightforward profile of with a rarity that makes it worth exploring.

From Paya Dedep, Central Aceh. New crop of 2026.

Here, the focus shifts to something less common in Aceh.โ€จP88, a selection known for its expressive aromatics and fruit-driven character. Not widely planted, and still quite rare to come across, especially with this level of clarity.

Grown at 1,600 MASL in Jagong Jeget, where only fully ripe cherries are carefully selected.

Processed as a Natural with Carbonic Maceration. A controlled, low-oxygen fermentation that builds intensity, enhances fruit clarity, and drives deeper sweetness while keeping the structure clean.

Produced through a collaboration between .cc and . Second time weโ€™re releasing from this partnership and it continues to surprise us.

In the cup:โ€จMango upfront, ripe and expressive, guava adding a tropical lift, finished with a smooth vanilla sweetness that rounds everything together.

Processed with Mossto Natural and an added fermentation using a malic-forward inoculation. Built to shape a softer, rounder acidity while keeping the sweetness consistent.

That approach leads to what makes this coffee even more interesting: the variety.
โ€จA rare hybrid between Abyssinia and Typica, giving a profile that feels both familiar and new at the same time.

In the cup:โ€จGentle stone fruit character like Apricot, mild malic acidity,โ€จreminiscent of sweet Gala Apple, clean and composed,โ€จfinished with Dates-like sweetness that rounds and coats the palate.

Lately ๐—–๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ท๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ธ has been our go-to espresso.

Weโ€™ve been pulling it slightly shorter than our usual ratio. Just to tighten things up.

First sip with that creamy milk chocolate from the washed Colombia, then it opens up into this ripe fruitiness from the natural Ethiopia and Bener Meriah.

This is how weโ€™ve been brewing it:
20g in, 36g out, around 23โ€“25 seconds.

For black, we love stretching it over 150ml of water keeping the balance intact while letting the vibrancy of the blend shine through.

An extraordinary coffee for your Christmas and holiday.

Earlier this month, we created this espresso to be sweet, comforting, and easy to enjoy both as black and with milk.

The base of this blend is an Ethiopian coffee, with sweet tropical fruits and soft stone fruit notes. To elevate it further, we introduced a twist: 30% Liberica from Finca Ali.

This yearโ€™s Liberica lot stood out for its depth and natural sweetness. In the blend, it adds round sweetness, structure, and a lingering finish that brings everything together.

As black:
Bright tropical fruit like mango, gentle mandarin, and date-like sweetness.

With milk:
Rich and comforting like a Christmas dessert.
Sticky dates, caramel, and warm sweetness.

A unique blend for this festive season.
